The predictions files in this section contain lists of all miRNA-predicted target pairs grouped by miRNA (for the 78 miRNAs for which we obtained significant expression data in at least one tissue).  The targets are annotated according to RefSeq annotations (June 2004) and are cross-referenced to the experimental XM set (2002) for probe ID lookups in the mRNA expression data (available at http://hugheslab.med.utoronto.ca/Zhang). Each file may also contain additional information such as the positions of the predicted targets, delta-G values, positions of the coding sequence of the target gene, gene length, and z scores.

“miRNA expression data” contains the miRNA binary expression data. mRNA binary expression data, indexed according to experimental XM annotations is available at: http://hugheslab.med.utoronto.ca/Zhang/isExpressed.txt

“Miranda targets expressed in the same tissue(s) as their predicted regulatory miRNAs” contains a list of Miranda predicted miRNA-mRNA target pairs where the target is expressed in at least one tissue where the miRNA is expressed.
